Mr. Scruggs joined AssuranceAmerica in 2009 and has over 22 years of financial and accounting experience, previously serving as Director of FP&A and Asst. Treasurer of ChoicePoint (an insurance data and analytics company acquired by LexisNexis owner Reed Elsevier).

Mr. Anthony joined the company in 2004, and has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, previously serving as Vice President of CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants.

Mr. Govinda joined the company in 2017 and has over 20 years' professional experience in the property and casualty industry. He previously served as Vice President of Personal lines at AIG overseeing $250M of automobile insurance as a Product and Underwriting leader at Deloitte Consulting where he worked closely with numerous insurance carriers, MGAs and brokers throughout North America.

Mr. Perkins joined the company in 2015 and has over 29 years of experience in claims handling and claims management roles, previously serving as Claims Director at Direct General Insurance, specializing in non-standard insurance claims management.
Assistant Vice President of Sales
Mr. Holberg joined the company in 2016 and has over 16 years' experience in sales and marketing roles in the insurance industry, previously serving as Assistant Vice President of Sales with Pacific Specialty Insurance Company out of California. Prior to Pacific Specialty, he served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps.
Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources
Mrs. Ostholthoff joined the company in 2017 and has over 30 years' professional experience in related areas of business strategy, communications and professional development serving in an executive role in service to such companies as Novelis, Procter & Gamble, AT&T and multiple education institutions. She also sits on the AssuranceAmerica Board of Directors.
