Guy W. Millner has served as the Chairman of the Board since June 2003. Mr. Millner served as Chairman of AA Holdings, LLC, the predecessor of AssuranceAmerica Corporation, our parent company, from 1998 to 2003. From 1961 to 1999, Mr. Millner was the Founder and Chairman of Norrell Corporation (NYSE), a leading provider of staffing and outsourcing solutions with revenues of $1.4 billion in 1999.

Joseph J. Skruck, CPCU, CIC serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of AssuranceAmerica Corporation. Prior to joining AssuranceAmerica, Mr. Skruck served as Vice President of Personal Lines and Product Development at Sun States Insurance Group. Additionally, he actively participated in the acquisition of several insurance entities and the ultimate divestiture of key assets within the Sun States Group. Mr. Skruck has held Product Management positions with multi-state responsibilities in leading companies such as Great American and Anthem Casualty. Mr. Skruck holds a BS degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Risk Management.

Mark H. Hain is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for AssuranceAmerica Corporation. Mr. Hain has been the General Counsel for two NYSE listed companies. He has over sixteen years experience in the insurance business including three years as General Counsel for the Oklahoma Insurance Department, eleven years as counsel for a NYSE listed insurance holding company, and two years as General Counsel for a privately held company with insurance agency and captive insurance company management operations. Most recently, Mr. Hain was General Counsel for a private technology company. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma University.

Sheree S. Williams joined our company in September 2010 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining the company, she served as VP of Finance for 21st Century Insurance and Financial Services, with extensive focus in the non standard automobile insurance business.   Ms. Williams has 20+ years in Finance leadership positions which include roles as Senior Vice President of Finance and Senior Vice President of Logistics for Swift Denim as well as Corporate Controller for Tom’s Foods, Inc.   Ms. Williams holds a BS degree in Accounting and Finance.
